• Customers participating in a one-day tour are advised to avoid booking dinner or other activities in advance, especially those with flights on the same day. We will not be liable for any compensation if you are unable to attend pre-booked dinner or other activities on time due to traffic congestion, or if you miss your flight as a result. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• Due to road conditions, the itinerary may be adjusted, and sightseeing time may be shortened or extended.
• This tour group will host guests from Japan and overseas, so the tour guide will provide explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• Due to holiday or visiting hour restrictions at various facilities, you may arrive at the next attraction earlier or have your itinerary shortened.
• The minimum number of participants for this tour is 4. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum by the departure date, the tour may be canceled. We will notify you in advance and arrange a full refund or assist you in changing to another available date.
• If you choose hotel or designated pick-up, please accurately fill in the name of the accommodation facility, address, and a reachable mobile phone number. Some accommodation facilities may not be able to provide door-to-door pick-up due to road conditions, parking restrictions, or location. In such cases, a suitable pick-up and drop-off location nearby will be arranged.
• Please wait in advance at the designated time. Missing the itinerary due to personal reasons such as being late, not waiting at the designated location, or failing to contact staff in time will be considered a voluntary forfeiture, and no refunds or compensation will be arranged.
• The bathing experience at Dai-ichi Takimotokan or other hot spring facilities in Noboribetsu Onsen town is an optional activity. The related bathing fees are not included in the tour price and must be paid on-site. Please refer to the actual arrangements of each hot spring facility on the day for their business hours, bathing fees, and temporary closure information.
• If you plan to experience the hot springs, it is recommended to bring your own towels and personal toiletries. Some hot spring facilities may offer towel rental or purchase services, subject to on-site regulations.
• Some Japanese hot spring facilities may have bathing restrictions for travelers with tattoos. Please confirm the regulations of the hot spring facility you wish to visit before participating.
• Meals, hot spring bathing fees, and personal expenses during this trip are not included in the tour fee. Please arrange them according to your personal needs.
• Some trails in Jigokudani may be temporarily closed during winter due to snow, ice, or safety management. It is recommended to wear non-slip, waterproof footwear suitable for walking in snow, and to keep warm.
• The vehicle type will be arranged according to the number of participants on the day. Luggage space is limited, so if you are carrying large suitcases, skis, or ski equipment, it is recommended to inform us in advance to confirm if they can be accommodated.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity
