Hokkaido Noboribetsu Must-Visit One-Day Tour | Lake Toya Observation Deck & Lake Toya Onsen Pier & Lake Hill Farm & Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch & Noboribetsu Hell Valley One-Day Tour (Departing from Sapporo)

I do enjoy this tour and highly recommend in you want to explore different area/places within Sapporo. I much better enjoy this compared to yesterday cherryblossom full day tour. Our tour guide Xixi also knowledgeable with the area and appreciate that she emphasize the time to go back in our bus. She also take good picture of me. The weather was also nice which added with the good tour. Perhaps will go back here with Fam and book this tour again. Thank you Klook 🥰

We took this tour last April 4, 2026. Our tour guide HONG was a pleasant guide and he messaged us ahead of the tour a day before. The itenerary is actually packed but relaxing although, if I may suggest, the Lake Farm Hill would have been more relaxing if we were given an hour instead of just 30 minutes as it is lunch break. There is another place to eat at the Showa Bear park(we were given an hour here), but I believe food choices at Lake Farm Hill is better and the view of Mt. Yotei is really breathtaking. I just thought we could have stayed a little longer to enjoy it fully. Over all, it was a good tour and our guide HONG was very informative as well. Tour is from 8am to 5pm but it could have been extended to 5:30pm if another 30 minutes was added to Lake Farm Hill.

Its a well planned tour taking you to all the key destinations! Our guide, Tracy, was very knowledgeable about hokkaido and gave us a detailed run down about food recommendations. She was also kind, friendly and welcoming. Overall am really satisfied. You can buy lunch midway through the tour at showa shinzan so you won't get hungry!

I was on Mila team and yes it was a great experience. Mila was chatty, friendly and proactively took our pictures on snowmobile and also keep offering to take pictures whenever there's a good view. She even said bear ranch is optional as its small and same as in pictures online and not pushing us to go and recommended to have lunch instead yet the restaurant is full as there is only 1 restaurant there so I went to see the bears. Mila speaks very good English and keep interacting with us on the bus. She kept pushing us to buy the face horse cream which was expensive but now I dont regret it as I realised its not easy to find it in my country and probably only time I got chance to buy. Snowmobile single cost 15k yen, double 20k yen which have to be paid on bus in cash, expensive but worth the almost 40-50min ride and the scenic views

the tour had great pacing and the time allotted for each spot was appropriate with the activities you can do within the area. the places we visited was very laid back and peaceful, i wish we could’ve stayed at lake hill farm a little longer. our tour guide, Mila, was friendly and approachable as well. she gave clear instructions and made sure we were satisfied with the tour. she even suggested some restaurants and food we must try when visiting Hokkaido. overall, we definitely had a great time and the tour was surely worth every penny.

An interesting tour with the Hell Valley being the highlight. Don’t underestimate the path if your going in winter—some parts are very icy and slidy—but overall manageable. Also, there’s an opportunity to snow mobile and it’s a diff experience from other snowmobile areas you should try.

The best tour I ever had here in Japan. Also the best tour guide. The name of our tour guide is Zoe. He made sure we are comfortable and safe. He even approached each of us to take photos. He’s also very informative and fun to talk to. Compared to other tour guides, he cares. The best part of the tour is the optional Snow Mobile. It’s worth the price. We stopped by lake hill farm, then some souvenir shops around lake toya. We had a lot of dairy snacks which are the best I’ve ever had of all the dairy products I tried in my life so far. Be mindful of the time in Mt. Usu ropeway, the gondola leaves every 15 minutes.

The tour guide explained the local culture and geography very clearly! Riding the snowmobile was safe, and the safety instructions were explained in detail beforehand. Time was also allotted for travelers to take photos and commemorate the trip during the 2/3 return journey! The ice cream at the third stop was delicious! We were supposed to see adorable bears at the fourth stop, but we were hungry! So we gave up and went straight to eat! The last stop, Noboribetsu geothermal area, has a unique landscape and is a must-see in Hokkaido~

The route itself was a bit boring. Late March isn't the best time for snow activities, but snowmobiling was still included (there were no other tour options, all had this plan). Before booking, I saw that the first stop in the itinerary was 'Snowmobiling + Lake Toya Observation Deck.' I initially thought they were at the same spot, and if I didn't snowmobile, I could just wait by the lake. I thought that would be fine, I could take a walk by the lake. However, these were sequential activities. If you didn't snowmobile, you had to wait at the snowmobile base. Even though the guide repeatedly emphasized how safe and worthwhile it was, for someone not interested in snow sports, more persuasion just felt like pressure. Later in the itinerary, there were some places to eat, and the ice cream was quite good. The day before, I booked the Biei and Asahiyama line, also through Klook, which was much more tightly scheduled. If we gathered on time, the guide would give us a bit more time at the attractions. But for this Noboribetsu and Lake Toya line, it felt very relaxed throughout, more suitable for people who aren't concerned about time.

We really love this trip. A perfect tour guide we’ll-versed 2 languages( English & Chinese) and a firm & cautious driver. As the itinerary was interesting and the scenery was nice.
