Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Cruise, ferry or flight is cancelled
- Partial refund rules: If some tour activities cannot be carried out due to bad weather or force majeure, a partial refund will be issued depending on the content of the unperformed activities. The refund amount will be determined considering the services that could not be provided and the actual circumstances.
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 30 minutes or more
- The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
- To reschedule or request a full refund, please contact the supplier/operator: Please contact the operator (DaNangIku) via the message function on Klook's booking page. After confirmation, we will change the schedule or issue a refund as much as possible.
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

- This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick up time

Usage validity
