With covid 19 and shows being cancelled I didn't get to see the show and didn't have any contact from Klook to explain next steps. Very disappointed about this

Klook made a major error! It stated show time starts at 7:30pm, the actual show started at 7pm. We thought we were early reaching the theatre at 6:58pm! Wonderful humorous and witty show in the characteristics of Roald Dahl’s stories. One couldn’t tell 7 of the children were performing for the first time.

When we got to the theatre on that day to exchange the 2 tickets with the booking confirmation your office had sent to me, the lady at the ticket counter told us that there was no any advance booking had made for us due to your office's negligence. We had been stuck at there for more than half an hour in order to fight back our tickets Eventually, the ticketing manager of Cambridge Theatre, appeared and he did a great aid to find 2 seats for us. Unfortunately, the 2 seats are separately allocated and this made us not entirely enjoyed the musical.

the show’s start time is 2pm while Klook tickets stated 2:30pm, we missed half hour of the show. very disappointed!
