Narita Airport - Tokyo Limousine Bus

Booking was easy, did it online and you just have to show your QR code. The ride from city (Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu) to Narita airport was seamless and very convenient. Just seat, relax and enjoy the view without worrying to carry and hurdle luggages. One thing to note is that the bus station in Shibuya Mark City is located on the 5th floor but the elevator is up to 4th floor only, so you need to take the escalator to your destination.

My experience with the "Narita Airport Limousine Bus to/from Tokyo" was very satisfying. The journey from the airport to my hotel in the city was incredibly smooth. The biggest advantage is not having to handle my own luggage or transfer trains, which is incredibly convenient for travelers with bags. The bus interior was spacious and comfortable, with excellent seating, allowing me to rest well after a long flight. The overall environment was also very clean. The driver and staff provided friendly service, and the process was clear, making it stress-free even for first-time riders. The only thing to note is that if there's heavy traffic in the city, the travel time might be slightly longer. However, overall, it remains a very relaxing and reliable choice. I will definitely prioritize taking the Limousine Bus again for my next trip to and from Narita Airport.

still very reliable to get to Narita airport from Shinjuku Without the hassle of carrying your luggages! just make sure to leave a little bit earlier than usual if in case the roads get traffic! the bus ride is an hour and 45 minutes and it generally arrives on time for me to be able to check in and have time to shop around the airport. they have multiple pick up points within Tokyo so I highly recommend this to anyone! thank you again!

A bit pricey but you get to relax without having to worry about your luggages! staff here all knows English somewhat and are well equipped with translation apps in case. even if you miss your time slot, they will try their best to let you ride another bus option within the day. although Tokyo traffic has gotten worse, it’s still a convenient way to get to shinjuku main city area! highly recommend to anyone! thank you again!

Very comfortable and a pleasant experience in taking a limousine bus ride from Shinjuku to Narita Airport. Our driver, though a little bit old, has a very good driving skills and also very repectful to all of the passengers. I will definitely take this ride again once I come back to Japan. Arigatou gozaimasu!

We pre-booked the airport limousine bus from Narita Airport to Shinjuku Kabukicho via Klook, and it was a seamless experience! The bus stop was conveniently located right near our hotel, which was a huge plus. Super happy with the convenience!

the bua depart on time, the location quiet tricky. its on the east building of the shibuya mark city. the location on apps was wrong, you need to click the map (link) instead. take the lift to the 4th floor then you will need to take the escalator to the 5th floor. as they didnt have direct access to 5th floor. the coordinator speaks english! you dont have to worry
