I really enjoyed the class at Mango Cooking Class. I found out they offered this kind of class there and signed up, and it was a unique and fun experience. Tasting and smelling various herbs... time flew by so quickly, which was a shame. I can't wait to try the Ya Dom I made. It wasn't difficult at all, so it would be great to do with parents. The instructor was very attentive in teaching us about the different scents of each herb and guiding us through making magic tea. The experience was fantastic. I got to try traditional Thai herbal teas and make an inhaler designed to help people with rhinitis breathe easier (the main ingredients seemed to be traditional herbs and mint). The instructor was exceptionally kind, making this an unforgettable experience.
