Reviews
I'm so happy it's my first time taking the Star Ferry with my dog! There was a live show, drinks, and even small gifts, including a captain's accessory for my dog to wear. I'm very satisfied! 😊
There's room for improvement in communication. We were told to board at Pier K4, but the boarding location was changed without any notification. Luckily, I called to inquire, otherwise, we would have missed the boat! Customers should be notified of boarding location changes via phone or WhatsApp!
We hope to organize more of these family-friendly events in the future!
It was a very enjoyable trip. The event organizers were all very friendly and took great care of us. The photographer was very professional. The entire trip was delightful, and we thank you for giving us and our pets such wonderful memories! 😍
