What to expect
Step away from the busy energy of Kathmandu and enter a शांत, calming space designed for relaxation and inner balance. This wellness experience begins with a guided yoga session focused on gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and mindful movement to release tension and prepare your body. Suitable for all levels, the practice is slow-paced and restorative.
You will then transition into a sound healing session, where instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and gongs create soothing vibrations that help calm the mind and deepen relaxation. These sound frequencies are traditionally used in Himalayan practices to support meditation and mental clarity. The experience concludes with a quiet reflection and herbal tea, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and re-energized.
