Kathmandu Hiking

I have always been curious about Nepal and its beauty. this trip has finally answered that question of mine and grow my curiousity even further to know more about Nepal and its beauty. I will definitely be back. truly enjoyed the trip because of Epic Adventures Pvt Ltd guide, Mr Gyanashwor and his two porters, Sanjaya and Vhola. They have made the trip a lot more enjoyable with their hospitality to welcome foreigners like myself to experience their culture. Love every bit of it.

I booked this hike at the last minute through Epic Adventure, and I’m really glad I did. A big thank you to Shreeram Adhikari and Suren Sharma for making the whole experience so enjoyable. Everything went smoothly from the pickup until the end of the trip. What I liked most was that We watched the sunrise, had breakfast, walked through local villages, saw traditional houses and farmland, went through the forest and crossed the suspension bridge. It felt like getting a little glimpse of many different sides of Nepal. The hike itself was much easier than I expected.The pace was comfortable and there was never any pressure to rush. They were happy to stop whenever I wanted photos or simply wanted to enjoy the view. Both of them were professional, friendly, and fun to spend the day with. If you’re visiting Kathmandu and want something that combines nature, local culture, good views, and an easy hike, I would definitely recommend them. i’m on my way back and feel a blast :)

We spent our last day in Kathmandu doing this activity— and it was worth it! The tour starts on time as directed by the provider, they proceeded the tour despite we were only ones that attended. We were very lucky to have clearing at the Nagarkot Viewing Spot. (which is the first stop). This activity involves hiking, trekking, walking, and driving. Our amazing guide made everything fun and interactive, he was very knowledgeable. We were guided down from Nagarkot Bus Stop to Buddha Peace Park after breakfast. Then, they drove us to Rani Jhula that had a long suspension bridge and great view of the city. Then, they drove us to starting point of the hike in Telkot to Changu Narayan which offers both nature and villages view, a dog also accompanied us up. Our guide was very enthusiastic in offering information about the place. Lastly, we arrived at Changu Narayan which had a beautiful temple complex, our guide explained the history of the temple. Overall, book this and never regret!

Thank you, THRILL HIMALAYA, for arranging our 5-day, 4-night ABC trek with Tilak as our guide. The company was incredibly responsible even before our departure, providing detailed and prompt responses to our inquiries and regularly reminding us about necessary equipment. This made us feel very reassured before we even left. The day before our departure, the guide met us at our hotel and provided us with duffel bags in advance. From day one, we were so grateful for our guide Tilak's leadership. We had no prior mountaineering experience and our physical stamina was relatively low, but the guide patiently accompanied us at our own pace, never rushing us, even when we walked slowly. Although the journey was challenging, there was no pressure, and we are very thankful to the guide and porters for helping us complete the entire trip. Even though we walked slowly, sometimes until dark, they never complained and ensured we reached the teahouses safely. The teahouse environments and food each night were excellent, and we even had a perfect night at the ABC teahouse. Throughout the entire process, we were grateful for their dedication and assistance; they went above and beyond their job duties, providing immense security and encouragement. They also tried their best to meet our needs; out of the four nights, we only had to share a room for one night, which improved the quality of our rest. We were so fortunate to choose THRILL HIMALAYA to help us complete this trek. While the scenery was beautiful, I believe I might have given up halfway without THRILL HIMALAYA's assistance and arrangements. Two days after completing the trek, they even delivered our certificates to the hotel. Everything was perfectly executed, and the arrangements truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you all! Ramkumar is the best guide I will ever have for Nepal treks. Most helpful and kind guide I can expect. Do request for him for your treks. Siba is also the best porter ever. Helped us so much on our carries and did not trouble him at all. served us food and always took care of us. Udav is an excellent and professional tour guide. I learned so much from him during the tour. He is very friendly, and we had great conversations about Nepali culture and food. I hope to meet him again when I return to Nepal someday.

I recently completed the Everest Base Camp Trek with Treklanders, and I would like to explress my sincere appreciation for the team, especially for my guide, Anurag. From the moment I arrived in Npeal till the conclusion of the trek, the entire experience was well organised, professional and enjoyable. This intinerary was cleared planned and acomodations and logistics were handled smoothly. The team was always responsive and supportive throughout the journey. A special mention goes out to Anurag, who was exceptional throughout the trek. He was knowledgable, patient, attentive and constantly checked on my condition during the trek. His experience and professionalism gave me confidence on the challenging parts of the trek. Despite some challenges with my health after Kala Patthar hike, Anurga remained calm and professional and coordinated medical assistance promptly. I will definitely go back to Treklanders and their team for my future hikes in Nepal. Highly Recommended!!

We joined the 3D2N trip to Nagarkot and had a really wonderful experience, thanks to the Treklanders Adventures. Nagarkot is a great destination if you want to experience a place that is rich in culture and nature. Although the weather is not perfect in July, we enjoyed the beautiful morning mountain views, quiet walks, and learning more about the local area, the religion and the culture. Our friendly and helpful tour guide, Anurag, made a big difference throughout the trip. He was very accommodating, shared interesting local knowledge and insights, and kept everything running smoothly. Overall, it was a relaxing and well-organized getaway. Highly recommended if you are looking to spend a few quiet days in nepal in a leisure way.
