I bought tickets for Rp 132,348 for 3 people. Departing from KL SENTRAL, you just need to show the voucher from the app, and someone will check the details. Seating is assigned and you can't choose your own. But don't worry, if you book for a group, you'll get seats in the same row. It's the Aerobus, and it has footrests. The journey only takes 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Purchased for Rp 132,348 for 3 people. From Awana Skyway, just show the voucher to the bus attendant. Check the schedule on the monitor carefully to avoid mistakes and delays, because even if it's only for a moment, once the bus doors close, they won't stop for you to board. They strictly adhere to the schedule. Seating is assigned by seat number and cannot be chosen. The journey duration is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
If you're using Aerobus for the first time, it might be a little difficult to find the bus departure point. It’s located near the front of the line of buses. My experience taking the bus was pretty good overall. Just make sure you arrive on time so you don’t miss the bus.
