- Please note that the Museum of Illusions does not provide complimentary parking. Guests arriving by vehicle may utilize nearby third-party paid lots, such as Stationnement Indigo M189 and M183
- The average time spent in the museum is about 45 to 60 minutes
- Depending on museum capacity, a stagger entry may be in place which could result in a slight wait at the door
- The museum is self-guided which allows guests to engage with the exhibits at their own pace

- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
