- The museum is an immersive art destination for all ages, rather than a traditional children’s museum. The cinematic sets, crafted by professional film decorators, are unique and delicate; please treat these fragile environments with care
- Locker: Guests are required to remove shoes and store bulky items in the secure lockers provided upon arrival. A valid ID is required to obtain a key, which must remain with the guest throughout the visit. Please note a $20 fee applies for any lost keys
- Polaroid cameras are available to rent onsite at the reception desk (A valid ID is required)
- There is a cafe available onsite
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

- By train: Take line 13 to the Gare Centrale station, and walk for 16 minutes
- By metro: Take line 2 to the Bonaventure station, and walk for 15 minutes
