Nikko Toshogu Shrine & Kegon Waterfall One Day Tour from Tokyo

Our tour guide did an amazing job! recommend making sure you arrive on time to departure site. they’re very punctual and insist that you board the bus in a timely manner between stops. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, nice and funny. she did her best to be accommodating and even recommend additional areas to visit in Japan. weather was amazing though very windy. highly recommend you take this tour!

The trip was well-organized. The stops were perfectly timed, and our guide, Tina, provided very clear and comprehensive explanations. She was always very kind and attentive. The only issue was an initial problem with the bus, which experienced a technical difficulty, but this was promptly resolved by the company, which provided a new vehicle within an hour, allowing the trip to proceed successfully. Regarding the excursion to Kegon Falls: be mindful of the season, as the waterfall might have low water levels in the post-winter period, before the June and July rains. This tour is highly recommended.

Phenomenal trip to Nikko. Our travel guide Tina was great. She was very informative and provided a lot of information on heritage and food. The itinerary was exceptional, and the places that we visited were beautiful. Tina was good at keeping order and ensuring that everyone was on time. This kept things moving seamlessly and ensured that we stayed on track. Very happy with our tour, and we'll definitely do it again.

Enjoyed the overall trip today! The trip itinerary was as per what was described and the time given for each place is well planned and sufficient. Our guide Vicki provided us with a lot of knowledge and recommendations to the places that we can visit and restaurants we can eat at. Owing much to the perfect weather today, the photos also came out really well. At the end of our trip, we were also pleasantly surprised by the free souvenir of a Castella cake. Will definitely recommend this trip to everyone.

This day trip was amazing, I thought the Fujisan day trip would be my favorite but it turns out to be the Nikko day trip. It is my last day in Japan and absolutely loved this itenerary. It is really true that you save the best for last. Thank you to the wonderful and amazing tour guide Tina.

This tour is our favorite when we went to Tokyo! It was underrated with only few tourists visiting Nikko town, a quiet but very interesting place. I highly recommend this tour to people who wants a short & quiet time off from the busy main Tokyo. Guide was helpful & place was majestic!

This entire trip was beyond beautiful, the Togoshu Shrine is marvelous and with such a great history behind it, the bridge, falls and lake are breathtaking views, the food was delicious also, we tried the yuuba soba and udon, I would like to specially thank TINA, our guide during this trip, she was so kind and fun, she gave us all the information about the Shrine and every place we visited and she went above and beyond to make our day special, thank you so so much, memories for a lifetime

This was a well organized, fun and easy day tour. There were 37 participants on the bus, but it didn’t feel hectic at all. The pace was perfect. We arrived a little late for the peak leaf season, which would be in early November. Had a good time nonetheless. Plenty affordable options to choose from for lunch at the waterfall park.

many positive points, great timing and places to see, clear instructions, informative , vary nice guide and driver, wifi, charger, drinks on the bus . we didn't feel rushed enough time to see all . only sad part no autumn leaves so don't go now if u want to see them
