The time slot division does not apply to Macau and Hong Kong residents.
I'm very disappointed. I couldn't redeem the tickets because the platform said I had the wrong ID number. We double-checked, and it wasn't wrong. Then they asked for photo proof, and we wasted almost an hour trying to sort it out. In the end, we had to buy new tickets at the scenic spot. Although we eventually got a refund, the lost time can't be compensated. Did you know that after 12 PM, tour buses start arriving? From now on, I'll remember to just buy tickets at the scenic spot; it's much cheaper, and you avoid these kinds of issues.
