- Adult ticket: people aged 14-60
- Children under 14 years old and seniors over 60 years old must be accompanied by an adult to enter the park.
- Recommended booking period: 5-10 days in advance during peak season, 1-3 days in advance during off-peak season.

- The cave maintains a constant temperature of 18℃, so it is recommended to bring a light jacket.
- The cave trail is slippery, please wear non-slip shoes.
- The entire cave tour takes approximately 2 hours. There are no supply points inside the cave, so it is recommended to bring your own drinking water and dry food.
- Tourists suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, claustrophobia, and other conditions are advised not to enter the cave for sightseeing.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult with guardianship capabilities throughout.
- Smoking and littering are prohibited in the scenic area.
- Do not touch or damage geological features such as stalactites inside the cave.
- The scenic area may be temporarily closed due to severe weather such as heavy rain and strong winds. Visitors who have purchased tickets but have not used them can apply for a full refund.

Dushan Tiandong Scenic Area, formerly known as "Shenxian Cave" (Immortal Cave), is a national 4A-level tourist attraction, a karst cave wonder formed 370 million years ago. The developed section of the cave is approximately 2.8 kilometers long, divided into five themed halls: Tiandao (Heavenly Path), Tianjie (Heavenly Street), Tiangong (Heavenly Palace), Tianfo (Heavenly Buddha), and Tian'en (Heavenly Grace), with the highest point reaching 80 meters. The scenic area also includes attractions such as Tianta (Heavenly Pagoda), Tianwang Square (Heavenly King Square), Dendrobium officinale Theme Garden, Celebrity Botanical Garden, Imperial Garden, Tianyi Lake, and Buyi Ethnic Village.
