- Zoofari Cafe and Cypress Knee Cafe offer air-conditioned indoor seating, while other locations feature shaded outdoor seating areas
Prohibitions & Limitations
- Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products are strictly prohibited within Audubon Zoo grounds and all Audubon Nature Institute facilities. Audubon Zoo is a smoke-free facility. For the health and safety of guests, team members, and the animals in their care, smoking and vaping are only permitted outside the zoo
- Guests may bring outside food and beverages into the Zoo
- Glass bottles and alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the Zoo
- Suitcases, backpacks, and coolers (With or without wheels) must not exceed 26.5 L, and each family may only bring one cooler
- The operator reserves the right to inspect all coolers and backpacks upon entry

- Water Stations: Guests may bring their own reusable bottle as refill stations can be found near restrooms and dining areas
- Gift Shops: Located near the entrance and exit, featuring inclusive and educational products and is fully wheelchair accessible
- Lost & Found: Located at the Zoo Information Booth
- Staff support: Trained staff and EMTs are available during operating hours. Visit the Information Booth or ask any uniformed team member.
- Restrooms: Accessible and family restrooms are available across the Zoo, including two dedicated family restrooms
- Changing Tables: Located in all family and accessible restrooms
- Nursing Room: Please ask a staff member for assistance in locating a quiet and private space if needed.

- Service Animals: Trained service animals are welcome. For the safety of animals and guests, they are not permitted in Watoto Walk, Wings of the World, or the Audubon Aviary

- By bus: Take the Magazine Street Bus (Route 11) to the Audubon Zoo Bus Stop on Magazine Street, directly in front of the Zoo entrance
- By car: Free parking is available in the Zoo's main parking lot. Accessible parking spaces are designated near the entrance for vehicles with valid ADA placards or plates.
