- The annual Fuji Rock Festival will return to Naeba Ski Resort in Niigata from July 24th to 26th, 2026. As one of Japan's largest and Asia's most iconic outdoor music festivals, it not only features over 10 stages with diverse styles but also brings together various music genres such as rock, pop, electronic, rap, folk, and jazz. From the sun shining down on the valley during the day to the lights illuminating the forest at night, every step feels like walking into a flowing live show.
- Unlike typical music festivals, this is more like a "lifestyle experience." In a space surrounded by mountains and forests, besides watching performances, you can also camp, hike, feel the breath of the forest, and even spend a slow-paced yet energetic weekend with friends or family. Whether you're a music lover or someone looking to escape the city, you can find your own rhythm here.

- [Notice for Elderly and Pregnant Tourists] If the registrant is an elder over 70 years old or a pregnant woman, to ensure your safety and rights, a waiver must be signed. Please make a note in the "Special Requirements" field when placing your order. The supplier will send the agreement document via email after receiving the order. Please sign and return a photo of it in advance to complete the registration process.
- [Luggage Policy] Each tourist can carry 1 piece of luggage for free (carry-on size recommended). Please specify this in the "Special Requirements" field when booking. - [Notification Time and Method] The supplier will send an email between 20:00 and 21:00 on the day before departure, informing you of the tour guide and vehicle information. The email may be mistakenly identified as spam, so please check carefully. In peak season or special circumstances, the email sending time may be delayed. If multiple emails are received, please refer to the last one.
- [Meeting and Late Arrival Instructions] This activity is a shared car tour, so please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals cannot be waited for or refunded, and you will be responsible for any resulting liabilities and costs. Thank you for your understanding.
- [Vehicle Type and Language Instructions] The supplier will arrange the vehicle type based on the number of people on the day and cannot specify the vehicle type. You may share the vehicle with guests who speak other languages during the trip. Thank you for your understanding.
- [Seasonal Activity Instructions] Seasonal activities such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, snowscapes, lantern festivals, and festive events are susceptible to weather or other force majeure factors. If no official cancellation notice is received, the tour will proceed as scheduled. If the flowering period or scenery is not as expected, no refunds will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
- [Departure Time May Be Adjusted] During peak tourist season or in special circumstances, the tour departure time may be advanced or delayed. The specific time will be subject to the email notification on the day before, so please prepare in advance.
- [Seating Arrangement Instructions] Shared car tours generally adopt a first-come, first-served seating arrangement. If you have special requirements, please make a note when booking. The supplier will try its best to coordinate, but the final arrangement will be subject to the tour guide's on-site dispatch.
- [Itinerary Order Adjustment Instructions] Due to Japan's strict control over the operating hours of vehicles, the attractions, transportation, and stopover times included in the itinerary will be flexibly arranged according to the actual situation on the day. In case of traffic jams, weather changes, or other special circumstances, the tour guide will reasonably adjust the order or reduce some attractions after consulting the majority of opinions. Your cooperation is appreciated.
- [No Mid-trip Departure Instructions] The itinerary is a group tour activity, and you cannot leave the group midway or leave without authorization. If you choose to leave the group midway, the remaining itinerary will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and no refund will be given. You will bear the risks or responsibilities arising from leaving the group.
- [End Time for Reference Only] The return time period is the estimated arrival time. Due to the long driving distance of the itinerary, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the tour ends. The supplier will not be liable for any losses incurred due to delays.
- [Small Group Instructions] If the number of registrants is small, the supplier will arrange a small car for the trip. Please note that due to the long driving distance of the itinerary, the comfort of the small vehicles used may not be as good as that of large buses, and the space inside the car is limited. To ensure the riding experience of all passengers, please do not carry large luggage (such as large suitcases). In addition, the drivers of small groups and chartered services will prioritize safe driving, and the commentary along the way may be relatively brief compared to large groups.
