The entire experience was amazing, but what made it truly special was our driver, Morita. Morita was exceptionally kind, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely one of the nicest people we met during our trip. We actually arrived an entire hour early, and instead of simply making us wait, he went out of his way to take us on a beautiful little sightseeing tour. He made the extra effort to make sure we had a great time, even before the activity itself started. His kindness, positive energy, and hospitality really made a difference and turned an already exciting day into an unforgettable experience. It is rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about making other people’s day special, and Morita absolutely does.
