Denim Jeans Making Workshop in Tokyo

A very unique and personalized jeans making experience, with awesome service & friendly staff. One thing I wish is the price of the patches can be more reasonable. Average patch prices is from 3-10k yen EACH, and can go up to 24k yen EACH. I chose a few patches and it cost me about 20k yen just for the patches. Overall would still recommend to those who want a personalized pair of quality jeans and can afford it.

The crew at Daruma Jeans was super friendly and made everyone feel right at home. I was able to make my own jeans with selected rivets and patch. These are my first raw jeans, so I didn't have them embroidered, but I'll definitely do that for the next pair. If you're in town for work or trip, it's a great place to pick up a souvenir.

From the moment I arrived, everyone was so welcoming, patient, professional, and attentive. They took the time to explain the process, listen to what I wanted, and make sure every detail was just right. I never felt rushed, and you could really see the pride they take in their craft. What stood out to me most was the level of care and personalization. . Every step of the experience felt intentional If you’re looking for high-quality denim and want an experience that feels personal, authentic, and special, I highly recommend Daruma Jeans. Super fun experience! Naomi was so nice and made sure I purchased what I was hoping for without any pressure. Definately reccomend for those who are into jeans and/or just love the Daruma logo. Be sure to read the instructions before you book - embroidery takes two days and the fancy customizations cost extra (but worth it with a little planning)!

Shoko was really helpful when it came to helping me choose what material to get my jeans made with! I had to change my size a couple times and she was patient with me about it. Her recommendations on where to place the patches were also wonderful because I'm not the best when it comes to this sort of thing. I would definitely come back again if I had the chance!

This is an amazing experience that I would highly reccomend. They provide very good assistance when helping to select your jeans ans also when riveting + adding buttons to your jeans. The selection of of rivets, buttons and embroideries, really let yoy be creative. I would personally thank Theresa for making this such a great experience.

Had such a fun experience! Initially I was a bit worried because I had trouble finding jeans that fit me properly but Juhi was so accommodating and helped find a pair that were perfect! Highly recommend!
