Thank you for a terrific tour today. Dung managed our group with ease and provided excellent information on all of the locations. Dinner was delicious and the lantern boats were so much fun. Highly recommend this tour.

Our guide Kevin was excellent. He was very helful, considerate to everyone in the group's needd. He managed the walking tour very professionally from start to finish and we all had a great day. It was a hot day but he made it bearable with his funny stories and extensive knowledge of Vietnam and Hoi An. It wa an very enjoyable day - Thanks Kevin!

I do not recommend this tour. It is wholly unnecessary and is just sales pitches half the time with no indication of “handicrafts” in the description. The first 45 minutes was locked into a sales pitch at a silk warehouse that we were not informed about and did not want in any way. This is expected on a 2 hour bus ride, not as the first stop on a walking tour with no need to sit through a pitch to use the restroom. The guide did his best in the few times he actually did have information in the itinerary, but you would be better off getting the old town ticket and touring the locations yourself as we were rushed through the actual information to get to the sales pitch. All locations have clear labels and/or guides. The boats are easy to get on your own and the food is much better if you order yourself. We also did not get offered a ride home because our hotel was within 15 min.
