This class is suitable for beginners, even for people who never did Muay Thai or boxing before
You can do the class at your own pace, but please note that the classes are rather intensive
Wear comfortable shorts or a sports outfit as you will move a lot

The Gym is great and the class was amazing but don’t book it through here. Got largely overcharged when you can just walk in every day no need to book in advance and you’ll save yourself £7! So don’t use Klook just go in person.
