Everything was explained in Japanese, so our children understood, and we're glad we used this service. We were picked up at Da Nang Airport, toured Hue, and then driven back to our hotel in Da Nang. They were flexible with changes to our planned itinerary and took us to wonderful places for meals. The roads were crowded because it was a Vietnamese holiday, but we appreciated that the driver made an effort to ensure we could enjoy ourselves for as long as possible. The car interior was very clean.
We had a wonderful trip. The car was clean and comfortable. Since we had elderly family members with us, the manager arranged for a Japanese-speaking staff member to accompany us. We would definitely use this service again next time we visit.

Despite a tight schedule from Da Nang city to Ba Na Hills, along the mountain road, and to the Hue Imperial City ruins, we were guided throughout. For lunch, we were introduced to a court cuisine restaurant near the Hue Imperial City ruins, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks to the detailed explanations from our Japanese-speaking guide, Huyen, who was not originally part of the plan, we were able to easily understand Vietnam's history and information about its kings. Without a guide, we would have simply looked and left, so I highly recommend having a guide when visiting historical sites. Thank you for your assistance.
Highly recommended! Quoc, our driver was the best! He was very accommodating. We enjoyed our tour more because of him. Despite the language barrier, he makes an effort to communicate with us. We will definitely book with them again.
