Kitano Gurume-Tei (北のグルメ亭) in Sapporo - Fresh Hokkaido Seafood Market and Restaurant

The restaurant has a shuttle bus from the hotel or the Sapporo station. Better to pick up from the hotel. Because you have to call to notify in Japanese only We ask the receptionist of the hotel to call. The restaurant is a bit out of town, but not so far, takes about 15-20 minutes to travel. There is a parking lot but I'm not sure if it is a waste of money. For food is considered quite good. Cheaper in the city and much fresher. Because the restaurant is in the fish market Everything looks fresh. But waiting in a long line because of a lot of people If you are lucky, you will find a tour coming to the shop as well.

The food is yummy and fresh and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They are patiently answer our question. There are lots of option for food also. You need call for make shuttle reservation. The location is not too far but not closed to public transportation.

It is cheaper when you buy voucher from KLOOK, especially if you have special discounts. I bought 3 voucher and it is not enough because the price is expensive but food taste are amazing.

I really want to go to Hokkaido to taste the fresh seafood donburi served with hot crab and miso soup at the seafood cafeteria Kitano Delicious Pavilion. I will book a flight to go to Hokkaido to eat delicious food next week.

It’s a shame to come to Sapporo without eating seafood

When you come to Sapporo and don’t come to the North Tasty Kiosk to eat seafood rice bowls, you will lose a lot of money. Buy meal coupons at klook and enjoy discounts. It is very convenient to order more than meal coupons on the spot.

We had sumptuous lunch. We were able to avail the shuttle bus from our hotel to the place on the same day. There was no hassle in processing the voucher. Although the food were quite pricey, we enjoyed our meal. Thank you.

Worth the visit. Food was fresh and very good. Lots of choices. We enjoyed the cold weather in Hokkaido! Try the sushi and don’t forget some fresh fruits if available.
