One-day tour of Mount Aso and Kurokawa Onsen in Kumamoto Prefecture

Traffic congestion is expected during peak travel times on weekends and holidays in Japan, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on actual conditions. We recommend that you do not book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen during the tour, and bring snacks, a portable charger, and other items. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• We will do our best to accommodate your seating requests, but as this is a shared ride tour, seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. • The tour will be canceled if the number of participants does not reach the prescribed minimum number, and a cancellation email notification will be sent 1 day before departure.
• In the event of bad weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (local time 18:00), and you will be notified by email at any time thereafter. Please wear light clothing and shoes and bring warm clothing (if needed).
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid arranging activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
• The company is not responsible for and cannot provide refunds or rescheduling due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, or inability to participate in the tour or poor quality of photos of scenery. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please note that the itinerary or duration of stay at each attraction will be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, and other factors.
• The company will not provide refunds for passengers who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. • Children under 3 years old who require a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult, and must be noted in the remarks.
• Free participation for children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat requires a remark. If there is no remark, arrangements cannot be made. Type of vehicle: Vehicles will be dispatched according to the number of people. When a small number of people participate in the tour, the driver will also serve as an attendant to provide full tour services, without additional tour leaders. Please be aware of this.
• Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves. The itinerary will not be canceled or refunded for this reason. Thank you for your understanding.
• During the flower season/autumn foliage season, there will be a large number of people, and there is a possibility of severe traffic jams. It is recommended to bring your own snacks.
• The flower viewing period or autumn foliage viewing period will be slightly earlier or later depending on the weather conditions. After the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as usual regardless of the flowering/autumn foliage situation. Thank you for your understanding.
• Day trips do not include personal travel or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase your own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers.
