Our guide, Su, was fantastic! He was enthusiastic, provided detailed and engaging explanations, and the itinerary was well-planned. I've been wanting to see the mysterious Sanxingdui civilization, with its 4500-year history, for a long time, and I was so happy to finally see it. The museum's content was wonderful and enriching – well worth the trip! The Dujiangyan Irrigation System has been in use for over 2000 years, which is truly remarkable! Unfortunately, we didn't have time to see the Dujiangyan night view, but I appreciate guide Su sharing beautiful photos of the blue tears with me! 👍👍👍
The tour was well organised and Guide Tian was very helpful. I accidentally booked one ticket short, and she managed to secure a last-minute ticket for Dujiangyan. Unfortunately, she was unable to obtain a ticket for Sanxingdui as tickets had sold out the day before. As a result, my wife had to wait at the drop-off point for nearly an hour while I visited Sanxingdui. The visit took about three hours with the provided audio guide. Personally, I feel the experience would have been more engaging with a knowledgeable guide providing live explanations. No meals were included, so travellers should plan accordingly. In contrast, the Dujiangyan visit was greatly enhanced by Guide Tian's explanations, which helped us better appreciate its history and engineering significance. My main criticism is that there was too much free time, and the "Blue Tears" attraction was not worth the extra time spent. The day also ended late, making the return to Chengdu rather tiring.
The tour ended much later than described. Only left Dujiangyan at about 8:40pm. This was because there was a blue light “display” along the river that made it a great scene for photos. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information at Dujiangyan.
Good tour, I was the only one non-chinese speaking at the group. But still I was able to enjoy and have fun.

- Sanxingdui tickets need to be booked five days in advance. During Labor Day, National Day, Spring Festival, summer vacation, winter vacation, and peak season, tickets are in high demand. If you fail to purchase tickets successfully, we will notify you 5 days in advance and assist with a full refund. Please be aware of this before booking. If you mind, please do not book. (Due to policy changes at Sanxingdui, our guides are unable to enter the museum for guided tours. If you require a human guide, it costs 30 yuan/person and needs to be booked online in advance. Alternatively, the guide can pre-book Sanxingdui smart audio guides for you at 30 yuan/person.)
- Ticket prices have been calculated based on the lowest group ticket rate. For all forms of identification, such as Senior Citizen Cards, Military Officer Cards, Student IDs, etc., any resulting ticket exemptions will be refunded by the tour guide on-site. If visitors with valid identification find the ticket refund method unreasonable, they can choose to purchase tickets themselves when booking. (All policies are subject to the actual implementation of the scenic spot.)
