Luggage Information
- The baggage size calculation standard is based on a 24-inch suitcase.
- Large suitcases exceeding 24 inches will be counted as 2 pieces.
Oversized Baggage Additional Fees and Allowable Baggage Size Instructions
- 20-inch: Height including wheels 55cm x Width 34cm x Depth 22cm
- 24 inches: 65cm high x 41cm wide x 24cm thick including wheels
- 26 inches: 70cm high x 44cm wide x 25cm thick including wheels
- 29 inches: 75cm high (including wheels) x 48cm wide x 30cm thick
- If the number of passengers is less than the maximum, one additional 24-inch luggage can be accommodated for each passenger fewer. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse the service without a refund.
- If you have a lot of luggage or oversized items, we recommend booking a suitable vehicle to accommodate your luggage. Passengers are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to not adhering to the recommended number of passengers and luggage capacity for the vehicle type.

The driver arranged for our one-day private car tour was Xiao Wu, who was very kind, polite, and punctual. First, the seven-seater vehicle provided was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The itinerary was perfectly timed, and we visited all the planned attractions, including Panda Valley, Dujiangyan, Zhongshuge Bookstore, and Yangtianwo Square. Xiao Wu also specifically recommended a great Chinese restaurant for farm-style dishes. I highly recommend this private car service for friends or family trips; it saves a lot of hassle.

the communication process was great. the tour agency got in touch via WhatsApp immediately after my booking. after that she created a WeChat group and kept us informed about when the driver will be in touch. we were advised about the vehicle registration number, the name of the driver. she also confirmed our itinerary for the day well in advance. free insurance was provided for all of us for that day. the vehicle was immaculate and in great condition. the driver dropped us at our destinations but made sure to give us directions on where to go. all in all a great day. we had an elderly parent with us. chartering a car for the day ensured that we hit the destinations we wanted and our elderly parent could enjoy the day as well without being too tired.
