• Entry to the scenic area requires the original valid identification document used during booking, including ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permits; if entry is denied due to identification issues, the visitor shall bear the related losses.
• Both the Sanxingdui Museum and the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding operate on a reservation system. Tickets may sell out during peak season or on popular dates; if you are unable to reserve tickets, staff will discuss a refund or rescheduling with you.
• The Sanxingdui Museum is open for free visits; guides will provide background explanations and visiting suggestions on the way to Sanxingdui, before entering the museum, and on the return journey.
• Tourists aged 70 and above must be accompanied by at least one relative or friend aged 18-69 to join the tour.
• The itinerary time, meeting/dismissal time, and sightseeing order may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, scenic area crowd flow, or on-site conditions. The actual arrangements are subject to staff notification. If there are holidays, traffic congestion, or force majeure factors, the itinerary end time may be delayed; it is not recommended to book return trains or flights on the same day.
• This product is a group tour. After the team collectively purchases tickets, individual discounted tickets or free ticket refunds are usually not available. If you withdraw from the group or abandon the tour due to personal reasons, the travel expenses cannot be refunded.
• Cultural and creative stores, souvenir shops, snack bars, etc., may be set up inside and outside the scenic area, at rest stops or restaurants along the way. All related consumption is a personal voluntary choice. Please purchase rationally and keep your consumption vouchers.
• Pick-up service can be arranged for addresses within Chengdu's Third Ring Road; the pick-up service uses a cyclic shuttle method and usually arrives approximately 30-90 minutes before the meeting time. The specific time will be confirmed by the driver. The pick-up vehicle will transport all tourists to the designated meeting point, "Wuding Bridge," where they will transfer to a coach for departure. Tourists outside the designated pick-up area should make their own way to Wuding Bridge, and the tour guide will reimburse 10 RMB per person for transportation costs.
• In case of holidays, traffic congestion, or force majeure, the trip end time may be delayed. In special circumstances, the drop-off location may change, subject to the actual arrangements on the day.

Cancellation policy

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• Due to varying standards for scenic spots/venues, children's prices only include a seat in the vehicle and guide service, excluding admission fees, which must be paid for by oneself according to the scenic spot's policy.
• For safety reasons, minors under the age of 18 must participate in the tour accompanied by an adult, and the accompanying adult will be their guardian during the activity.
