amazing experience although it was a bit of a hurry
The company failed to deliver the WIFI item and was uncontactable. Tried to get KLOOK to help. spoke to 5 different agents from cus service and got my chat ended 3-5 times from OTHER agents and my issue was UNRESOLVED. Now, i have to find another alternative and my flight leaves in a few hours. Horrendous service.
No wifi issues during my stay in Korea for 15 days. Definitely will use this again for my next trips.
