Phuket Maya Bay & Phi Phi Islands Full-Day Tour with Catamaran

A+++ tour , all day... Lovely sandy beaches , clear water and the staff we had were great... Wuld recomend for others to do, lunch was very nice to have.. Plenty of bottled water on the boat to have free of charge

Sawanu travels gave us the best memories of phi phi trip. Everything from pickup to managing lunch and itinerary was 10/10. Sawanu travels have their waiting area in royal phuket marina where they had arranged our breakfast. It is was a lavish spread, with sandwiches, cakes, tea, coffee, cookies erc. Our catamaran, Kelly 4, was very comfortable and unlike other speed boats it had very big windows without any glass and at a perfect seat height, this actually made the trip enjoyable as we could easily see outside taking in all the beauty . All the staff especially our guide yaya on catamaran was very warm and polite. The highlight of the trip was the slide at the last island. The captain took the catamaran inside the pileh lagoon which actually eliminated the need of longtail boats. The itinerary was perfectly managed to avoid huge crowds from other boats, this made us enjoy snorkeling at phi phi le and swimming at pileh lagoon with very less people. Pickup and drop was hassle free

Very fun and well-organized Phi Phi Island trip! The staff were friendly and professional, the boat was clean and comfortable, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. - Review of a family trip with 8 people - I've traveled to Phuket more than 10 times and have experienced tours from other travel agencies more than 5 times. I was a little worried about this tour because there were no reviews, but it was a very satisfying tour. 1) The pick-up vehicle arrived on time, and the driver was also very friendly. 2) SAWANU Travel's private lounge is located in the Royal Phuket Marina yacht complex. The lounge is spacious and pleasant. Simple food and snacks are available, and you can buy swimwear, water shoes, and sunscreen here. - Snorkeling equipment and life jackets are provided on the boat, and the snorkeling mouthpieces are disposable, making them hygienic. 3) Renting a large towel costs 200 baht. (A large towel isn't really necessary) 4) Our team guide, TOMMY, was very kind and took good care of everyone's safety. 5) The catamaran is completely NEW, clean, and the seats are comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. Water and drinks were continuously provided for free, and fruit snacks were also provided. 6) The place where we ate on Phi Phi Island was very pleasant, but the food wasn't that tasty. That's the only disappointing thing about this trip! 7) The water slide was fun, and it was conducted safely. 8) The banana boat ride on Khai Nok Island was really fun. Next time, I want to try jet skiing. - Tommy helped negotiate the price, and we got a good deal : ) 9) When you return to the lounge, you can have snacks and drinks, and vehicles are waiting to take you to your hotel. All of the SAWANU Travel staff were bright and friendly, making it a really enjoyable trip. Our family consisted of 8 people, including 70-year-old parents and a 5-year-old child, and we received consideration and care from all the passengers and staff on the same boat, and we were very grateful. If you're hesitant because there are no reviews for this tour, don't hesitate at all!

Overall, it was a very satisfactory tour. It went smoothly from pickup to return, and the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great. I was especially impressed that the team created a pleasant atmosphere throughout the trip. The only downside was that the snorkeling time was a bit short. Since this is the highlight of the tour, a little more time would have made it a perfect experience. Nevertheless, it was a generally enjoyable time, and if I have the opportunity to take another island tour in the future, I would like to use it again.

The Maya Bay trip was absolutely breathtaking and worth every moment. The scenery is beyond stunning — crystal-clear turquoise water, dramatic limestone cliffs, and pristine white sand that feels unreal. Everything was very well organized from start to finish, and the boat crew was professional, friendly, and always attentive to everyone’s safety and comfort. We had enough time to enjoy the views, take amazing photos, and truly appreciate the beauty of the place without feeling rushed. The guides were knowledgeable and shared interesting information about the area, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of my trip to Thailand. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket or nearby islands — Maya Bay is simply a must-see.

The trip was overall good. I liked the quality of travel and the cleanliness on throughout the journey. As a vegetarian from India, I can say the quality of vegetarian lunch provided was really good. The staff was good and had planned the tour well. Although one thing I didn’t like was there was an extra charge for the longtail boat ride which was not mentioned in the itinerary explicitly.

The 8 AM departure time was great because we had time for breakfast at the hotel before leaving. The boat was clean, and the pier seemed newly built and pleasant. The pre-departure briefing was shown in a video, which made it easy to understand. Our guide, Number One, was cheerful, and another staff member spoke a little Korean and took good care of us, even though we were the only Korean group. Since the island tour involves traveling around by boat, seasickness medication is a must. Next time, I'd like to try a tour that spends more time on one island.
