Go down the escalator to Basement level (POSB ATM Machine), continue straight and turn left, the office Ucloudlink Singapore Office is along the same stretch as SingPost
- By Bus (05022): Take Bus Numbers, 54, 124, 145, 147, 147e, 166, 190, 851, 851e and alight along Eu Tong Sen Street, and enter People’s Park Centre. Take escalator down to Basement Level 1 and proceed to Ucloudlink Singapore Office
- uCloudlink Singapore is closed on weekends and public holidays

Very bad experience with the dongle and not worth the money paid. I'd rather recommend the Changi dongle. 3G speed acts like 2G and wifi is spotty even in city areas like Hobart and Melbourne. My friend is subscribed to her own 3G network and even that is way faster so no excuses there. I hope Klook can look into our terrible experience and make some restitution.

Collection is fast and easy and explanation on basic use is given by friendly customer assistance. Now in Australia and the connection is strong. Battery last more than 8hrs. Device is small and light weight and super portable.
Easy pick up at the office. WiFi connection is good.
Collection and Return is easy and fuss free. In and out of the office in five minutes. The shop is located in People Park Complex, just round the corner from Singpost. Device is palm-sized, not exactly small but still considered convenient/portable to bring around. Connectivity is actually rather slow even in city area. There is ZERO connectivity when on highways or areas far away from city area. Hence for those intending to do road/day trips out from Perth, would have to standby other modes of connection or have a GPS. Having said so, their CS staff is commendable - responsive and helpful and follows up/monitors the speed performance for us promptly.
