Homemade using Spring Moon’s hallmark techniques, the Premium Glutinous Rice Dumpling is infused with premium ingredients including 30-head dried Middle Eastern abalone, Jinhua ham and conpoy, creating an array of flavours and textures. With the filling of rosé wine marinated Hungarian pork, the Deluxe Glutinous Rice Dumpling is an exceptionally rich and fragrant treat. In addition to the savoury rice dumplings, the Tangerine Peel and Red Bean Glutinous Rice Dumpling offers a sweet variation of a traditional delicacy using a centuries-old recipe.
