the Heya was clean and you'll know what that is after training with a knowledgeable shisho(?). I had brief moments where I thought about abandoning my life and become a full time sumo wrestler so it's a dangerous session for anyone who is borderline whimsical. bring soap if you're going to take a shower after. also the location wasn't totally accurate when I went (it had me go to the courtyard around the corner)
