• To ensure the successful formation of this tour, changes or cancellations are not permitted after booking unless there are special circumstances. Otherwise, relevant handling fees and losses will be charged as per regulations. Please understand that shared group tours may sometimes involve changing vehicles or tour guides mid-trip. If a tourist voluntarily leaves the group, related fees will not be refunded, and the tourist will be responsible for all expenses incurred during the period of separation, as well as any resulting liabilities. Smoking is prohibited in scenic areas. Tourists who smoke should refrain from smoking, as they may be subject to high fines by the scenic area.
• In Sichuan, tourist vehicles are booked one day in advance based on one seat per person. Vehicle types are arranged according to the number of people in the group, and air conditioning is available for limited hours. One seat per person is guaranteed, and seat requests are not accommodated. If delays or cancellations of major transportation (e.g., flights, trains) prevent timely participation in our tour group, you will be required to pay us for the incurred loss of tourist vehicle space and other expenses stipulated in the contract.
• This tour involves hiking and mountain climbing. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from guests concealing illnesses (cardiovascular, pulmonary, cerebral, or hematological diseases) or age (over 70 years old). Please consult your doctor before traveling and exercise caution. Participate according to your physical condition and within your capabilities. It is necessary to prepare common medicines for colds, gastroenteritis, motion sickness, altitude sickness, etc. in advance. Tourists with hypertension or heart disease should bring their own medications.
• Seniors should undergo a medical examination before traveling and proceed only with a doctor's approval. Participants under 18 or over 70 years of age must be accompanied by a family member. Participants over 70 years of age are required to sign a liability waiver with our company.

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
