Farm Experience, Quad Biking and Horse Ride in Cairns

It was a very fun experience. We booked a four-wheel drive and horse riding. There were not many tourists on the day of the activity. After we arrived, we filled in the form and started the activity. The staff spoke Cantonese and were particularly friendly. We first played the four-wheel drive car. The car was easy to control. The staff took us up the mountain and passed by a herd of cattle. The children had a lot of fun! Afterwards, the staff gave us carrots to feed the animals on the farm, and then arranged for us to go horseback riding. The whole trip was smooth and fun, highly recommended!

The owner of the farm speaks Cantonese and is very friendly. The farm is so big. Horse riding and ATV are both fun. You can go for a ride and of course someone will take care of you 😂😂

Revisiting Cairns after almost a decade, the city has become a lot more quieter, yet the outdoor attractions in the surroundings didn’t disappoint us. Overall it was a fun and enjoyable experience riding both ATV and the horses. My daughter had fallen sick right on original booking day, however, the in-charge of Kur Cow Helen promptly rearranged the date for us so that we won’t miss it. For beginners and family with young kids, they provide appropriate protective and guidance for both rides. Prompt help was provided whenever the kids went off-track or having trouble along the bumpy road. Horses had gentle temperament so my young kids were enjoying the whole time riding them. The quad bikes were nicely maintained and of different sizes suitable for different body-build/height. Helen knew that we were in hurry after the activities and she offered timely help by providing a transit ride at a very reasonable cost. Definitely would recommend it!

無諗過佢地係講廣東話。中間有個小插曲，佢地send msg俾我confirm接送時間，而呢個時間係同Klook俾我既唔同。我地去到唔見人，問當地人借電話打俾佢地，佢地亦好好，肯即刻過嚟接。越野車好好玩。不過我哋果日之前落大雨，所以個個玩完成身泥。細仔揸細車，給果衫褲鞋襪要全部買過曬，佢泥人一個。但係真係好好玩，一定要試

The farm is very good. TThe farm is clean. The farm owners are very nice and helpful. They tried to help us to find the transfer. Good experience👍

The horses were very smart and we were able to ride around a very large ranch! The buggy ran along mountain paths and the impressive course was a lot of fun, and my sons were very happy! We were able to feed the horses and goats, and the children said that it was their best memory. Thank you very much!

Great experience for horse trail ride in the outdoors. They handlers were very mindful about safety and the horses walk across the river with water coming up to our knee. Enjoyable experience and children love it.

The bad weather conditions prevented the horse riding trip from taking place, which was not a problem, but we were told that we could not get a partial refund and had to cancel the entire trip or switch to an off-road vehicle experience for twice the time. This should have been told in advance, not after we arrived. The weather conditions were not an emergency, but were to be expected. In addition, the on-site service staff told us that we could take photos immediately, but did not clearly state that this was an "alternative plan". When we applied for a refund afterwards, they refused on this basis. I felt like I was being deliberately misled...

I somehow ended up booking for wrong month and it was suppose to be 2nd Jan. Due to multi activity booking I made mistake with month. However, there was no flexibility change the date although I understand the policy but atleast there should be some consideration for such situation. I couldn’t even get Klook travel numbe to talk immediately or receive any reminder a day before the activity. i couldn’t get any proper help for this issue after the booking confirmation. I was left helpless lossing my money 😭
