Additional information

  • This is a one-way transfer. Please make a separate booking if you require a round trip service
  • Child seats are required for children aged 0-6 or under 1.2m in accordance with New Zealand law. If you are travelling with children, please indicate upon check out
  • Each child seat takes 1.5 seat. If the number of passengers includes 2 adults + 3 children who need child seats, please choose a 7 Seater instead. The first child seat will be provided free of charge while every extra child seat need to pay NZD22
  • Food and drinks can be consumed inside the vehicle, with consideration to maintaining cleanliness
  • If you require a pick up service including staff to holding a sign, there will be surcharged for NZD10
  • One child seat is free. Additional seats available for a surcharge
  • This vehicle is not wheelchair-accessible

Surcharge table

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
  • Child seat:

  • Beyond Service Area: An additional surcharge of NZD25-NZD50 will apply if your hotel or destination is outside city limits
  • Night Service: Service schduled between 23:00 to 00:00, and 5:00 to 6:00, NZD10 will be applied for surcharge, Service schduled between 00:00 to 5:00, NZD30 will be applied for surcharge
  • Extra Mileage: Provided your destination is beyond city downtown, Klook will send an email about the surcharge

  • Overtime: For arrival pick-ups, an additional surcharge of NZD22 per hour will apply if the driver exceeded the 90-minute grace period. If your flight is delayed after the waiting time, please contact the driver to adjust your reservation

Our experience with Klook - Private Transfer for family of 5 from Queenstown Airport into Queenstown didn’t happen as when we arrived into Airport a little early as our flight was changed (out our control) at the last minute. Tried to call every number on recent emails and couldn’t get a straight answer to where our driver was. Finally got onto Driver and was to call us back while we waited at Airport - the scheduled pick up time had been and gone so after waited and still on phone to customer service we got on a Go Green Taxi . We were also supposed to get a Confirmation and expected meeting point phone call the day before which I never received . I Would never recommend anyone using Klook as I spent next few days talking on phone trying to get straight answers and while I did cancel the return trip to the Airport and got a refund the company refused to refund our 15th July transfer into Queenstown. Sorry but definitely will not be recommending this company ever or using it again.

Poor communication when picking up the phone, I found the person for a long time, and arrived late for delivery. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes, the hotel is close to the airport but it is not too late to pick up the plane. The pick-up is late and will not be used next time.

Very poor, scheduled to send the plane, did not contact the previous day, the day the driver directly NO SHOW, after returning home to apply for a refund, the customer service said 3-5 days will have a reply, two weeks have passed without any contact, do not recommend this service. What's more exaggerated is that Queenstown and Queenstown Airport take a taxi for as little as 40 New Zealand dollars. This service is not only bad for your service.
