📍 Reservation and Meeting Point Information

• This tour requires a minimum of 2 people per departure date to proceed. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be notified of the tour cancellation no later than 7 days before departure, and the booking will be canceled.
• Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Late arrivals will be considered a “No Show” and no refunds will be issued.
• All important notifications will be sent via email. Please check your email regularly to avoid missing critical information.

🚗 Tour and Transportation Arrangements

• This is a shared day tour in Japan, and you will be joining other international travelers. Please adhere to the meeting time and the group's pace.
• The vehicle type will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day. We are unable to guarantee a specific vehicle type. Thank you for your understanding.
• The order of the itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic or weather conditions. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
• On-site staff will provide assistance in Chinese/English/Japanese/Korean, but we cannot guarantee assistance in a specific language. Thank you for your understanding.

🧳 Luggage and Eligibility

• We do not recommend participation for children under 2 years old or individuals with limited mobility. This tour does not provide infant seats or accessible facilities.
• If you need to bring large luggage or have time constraints, please indicate this when booking, and we will assist with arrangements as possible.
• The tour will include stops at local souvenir shops. Some shops may not accept credit cards, so we recommend preparing Japanese Yen in cash for purchases.
• The tour includes visits to breweries and sake tasting activities. Individuals under 20 years of age or those who will be driving should not consume alcohol. Please comply with on-site regulations.
• When visiting religious sites (such as shrines and temples), please respect local customs, avoid making noise, and refrain from taking photos in prohibited areas. We recommend dressing appropriately.

👟 Clothing and Meal Recommendations

• Recommended attire: Light and comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking and photo-taking activities during the tour.
• Lunch time is free time for self-dining. Please handle your own meal expenses and choose your own meals. Staff can provide basic assistance, but if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to check the contents and choose carefully.

🛁 Hot Spring (Onsen) Usage Instructions

• Hot spring photos are for reference only. The actual hot spring inn used will vary depending on reservation availability.
• Be sure to shower and cleanse your body before entering the hot spring. Please do not bring towels into the bathing pool to maintain hygiene.
• Most hot springs in Japan prohibit entry to individuals with tattoos. If this applies to you, please inform us in advance when booking, and we will help confirm whether entry is permitted.
• To maintain a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, please do not make noise, swim, or splash water in the bathing pool.
• It is recommended to drink water after bathing to avoid discomfort caused by the high temperature.
• If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular disease, skin allergies, or other special conditions, please consider your physical condition before participating.
