What to expect

In the morning, depart from Jinghong city center and take a bus to Wild Elephant Valley. Located in the north of Jinghong City, Wild Elephant Valley is where wild elephants are most concentrated and frequently active. Here, you can stroll along the rainforest boardwalk, observe the living habits of elephants up close, and watch elephant performances.
At noon, have lunch at your own expense within the scenic area. You can choose the buffet in the scenic area or bring your own food.
In the afternoon, take a bus to Jinuo Mountain Village. Jinuo Mountain Village is the place where the Jinuo people have lived for generations. Here, you can not only admire the scenery of Jinuo Mountain, but also gain an in-depth understanding of the Jinuo people's traditional culture and customs. You can visit Jinuo ethnic residences, enjoy the Jinuo Grand Drum Dance, watch folk performances, and experience the unique Jinuo ethnic customs.
In the evening, take a bus back to the city to end a pleasant day trip.
