The reservation process is easy but need to contact them via call as their WhatsApp line has been rerouted to new number so pls expect delay in response.. The vibes is nice, the staff is friendly but no small talks also.. you can add-on aromatic oil for the massage, then they’ll assign the masseuse.. starts with foot soaking and then massage. they’ll use warm towel to remove the excess oil on your body.. so niceee.. highly recommend

Absolutely amazing experience at Ayu Borneo! The location right at Ansa Hotel Bukit Bintang is super convenient. The Royal Thai massage was exactly what I needed to relieve my muscle tension. Overall ambiance was calming, massage experience was really good & massage therapist is well exeperienced. I had to queue for 15 minutes at reception when I arrive, maybe can have separate walk-in & reservation counter. After massage, they served hot ginger drink and it’s refreshing.
