Travel Requirements

① Mobile Voucher to be presented for a physical ticket at the ticketing counter ② Valid ID ③ Arrive 20 minutes before your departure time. Failure to arrive by this time will be considered a no-show

Rebooking Policy

• Rebooking is allowed before the departure date or within 15 calendar days from the trip date
• Rebooking is only allowed once and subject to a surcharge of 10% of the paid fare
• Failure to rebook this ticket within the aforesaid period will result in forfeiture of paid fare
