Fantastic 5.0
What I liked most about this place was that the unit assigned to us had a lake view, so you don't need to go to a separate spot just to see the Taal view. Hotel location: very close to tourist spots like Hiraya and Sky Ranch. The bus we took drops you off right at SMDC, and you can also catch a bus from there back to PITX. Service: The person who assisted us in the lobby was very kind. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Breakfast: No breakfast included.

We spent our child’s 2nd birthday here, and the kids-first environment made it so special. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. There were plenty of activities to keep our toddler entertained, and the atmosphere was very relaxing for us parents too. Booking via Klook was quick and gave us a great rate. Will definitely come back!

The room is very clean and spacious. It has a pleasant scent both inside and outside the room. The hotel staff are nice and helpful; they assisted us well. We especially enjoyed the heated pool. It's a very kid-friendly hotel. Hotel Casiana surpassed our expectations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Fantastic 5.0
The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the place itself was great. They have an indoor heated pool, which my family enjoyed, although there were times when the water wasn't as warm as expected. One concern I have is the restroom door at the pool area. I accidentally got locked inside because the doorknob seemed rusty or faulty. Thankfully, my husband was around and ask the staff for help, but this could be a safety issue, especially if a guest is alone. I hope the management can have it checked and repaired. The location is also convenient. There's a nearby convenience store where you can buy essentials, and a McDonald's that's within walking distance or just a short tricycle ride away. If you don't have a car and are commuting, you can ask the front desk to help you get a tricycle. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Despite the minor issues, the experience was great, and my kids absolutely loved and enjoyed our time there. We would definitely consider coming back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel has a great vibe, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially loved the high ceiling, which made the room feel even bigger and more relaxing. The pool was also a highlight. They have a jacuzzi, and my son really enjoyed swimming. They even had a fun bubble pool party effect, which made the experience extra enjoyable. For the breakfast buffet, though, I was a bit disappointed. There were only a few choices, so I wasn’t really satisfied with the breakfast selection. Overall, the room quality, cleanliness, ambiance, and pool experience were excellent. Definitely enjoyed our stay despite the limited breakfast choices.

A bad weather forecast can easily ruin a trip, but the genuine warmth and attentive service of the Anya team completely turned it around for us. We felt thoroughly pampered and well cared for from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be back hopefully under sunny skies next time!

We had a wonderful stay at Taal Vista Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel feels luxurious yet warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options, and the cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is also ideal very accessible and close to attractions, restaurants, and shops. The breathtaking view of Taal Volcano made our stay even more memorable. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. Every team member we encountered was welcoming, friendly, courteous, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make us feel valued and comfortable. Their genuine hospitality added a special touch to our experience. Overall, Taal Vista Hotel offers luxury, comfort, excellent food, outstanding service, and spectacular views. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning soon!

We had an incredibly relaxing 1-night stay at Escala Tagaygay to celebrate my husband's birthday! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable, featuring a cozy balcony view. They even surprised my husband with a sweet complimentary birthday cake slice on our table, which made his day extra special! breakfast: ⚠️Quick Tip for Guests: Just a heads-up regarding the breakfast buffet. The restaurant has a strict dress code and does not allow sleeping clothes or pajamas in the dining area. Make sure to change into casual attire before heading down for breakfast so you don't run into any issues!

What to know before visiting Tagaytay

Quick Tagaytay snapshot and what draws visitors

Tagaytay is a compact destination popular for outdoor experiences, theme parks and family-friendly attractions. Klook booking patterns show a clear yearly rhythm: demand spikes around February while quieter months fall later in the year. Theme parks dominate bookings, with zoos, aquariums and water activities also well represented.

Best times to visit and price outlook

Klook data flags February as the peak month for demand, while September sees the lightest visitor levels. Prices are fairly steady across the year, with small dips: bookings in November are typically the cheapest on Klook, and July registers as one of the priciest months. If you want lower prices and smaller crowds, aim for the quieter autumn month of September or the generally cheaper November; for full peak-season atmosphere go in February when demand is highest. Overall, demand and prices mostly move independently here — peak visitor months don’t coincide strongly with the priciest prices.

Tips for travellers from Australia

Most experiences in Tagaytay can be booked at short notice: Klook’s aggregate booking pattern shows travellers typically confirm activities within days of travel. If you plan to visit in February you may want to lock in popular tickets a little earlier to avoid sold-out time slots; for travel in quieter months you can stay flexible and book closer to your trip. Use Klook to compare available activities and secure the ones you most want in advance when visiting during busier periods.
