Travel Requirements

① Printed mobile voucher sent by the operator via email ② Valid ID ③ Arrive one hour before your departure time. Failure to arrive by this time will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued

Refunds

• Your payment for the booking will be refunded to the payment method which you used to book your activity.
• Depending on your payment method, your refund can take 3-14 days to be reflected in your account.

• Actual seat numbers will be given during check-in
• Should seats will be forfeited and a cancellation charge of 25% will be implemented

Rebooking Policy

• Rebooking fees are equal to 10% of ticket price plus P100 processing fee per way. Our team will contact you regarding the exact amount and payment details within 24 hours of your request.

Pet Policy

• In compliance with LTFRB and the Animal Welfare Act, PTCI does not allow transport of live animals of any kind, except fowls and other house pets, ie., dogs, cats, hamsters, etc.

Redemption information

• Present your printed voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket at the terminal
