Incheon Airport - Seoul Gangnam COEX Limousine Bus

Before I purchased this ticket via Klook, I actually went to Seoul City Airport to find out where I can save money. The bus stop and reception are located on the 2nd floor of the building next to COEX Mall. You can get there from the B1 level of the mall. Follow the information map that says "airport limousine bus," and you'll find an elevator that takes you to the 2nd floor. There is a timetable next to the reception desk, so tell the reception your desired time and show them your Klook voucher to get your ticket issued. I arrived earlier than expected, and I was about to wait leisurely when the driver said there were seats available, so he put me on an earlier bus by one hour. Thanks to that, I arrived at the airport about 40 minutes earlier than planned, so I was able to relax with plenty of time to spare. It was easy to purchase through Klook because I was able to purchase without hesitation at the ticket machine.

Super convenient — you don't even have to worry about missing your stop since it goes straight to the airport! The signage is super clear too, so I just chilled at the platform waiting for the doors to open. Honestly a lifesaver when you're too exhausted to drag your luggage around, and there are elevators literally the whole way to the station. Such a win!

I made a reservation and got my ticket at the information desk at Incheon Airport T2 from Gangnam COEX departing at 7:00 the day before. On the day of my return, I arrived at the airport bus waiting lobby on the second floor of Gangnam COEX at 5:30, and asked the woman at the information desk in the waiting room to change the time, and it seems that I can change it if it's not full. I was able to get to the airport smoothly. As it is the last day of the holidays on 1/13, I lined up for immigration at 7:00 and the inspection finished after 9:30. It's best to come to the airport early when returning home. People who were close to takeoff time were able to show their tickets and ask to be let go.

Excellent service! We took the bus from City Airport. There's a waiting area at COEX with air conditioning. The bus arrived on time, and someone helped with our luggage. Luggage is clearly separated by terminal; just tell the driver where you're going. Once on board, it's a comfortable ride, perfect for a long nap. Buses run quite frequently.

Great views of the River on the way out of Gangnam - felt like a mini tour bus getting to drive along the river and see some sights I missed while in the city!

There is a ticket exchange booth right outside the arrival gate, which is very convenient. (The unmanned ticket booth is located just outside the airport, but the ticket exchange booth is inside the airport.) Even if you don't understand the language, you can get a ticket by showing the QR code. You can purchase tickets on the spot, but if you buy them in advance, they are a little cheaper and you can cancel before the exchange, so it is recommended for those who are undecided whether to take the bus or the train. Also, this bus went directly to COEX, so if you are going to the vicinity, you won't get lost on the bus stop to get off at, so it is also recommended for beginners.
