Seoul Luggage Delivery | Same-Day Service: Incheon & Gimpo Airport, Seoul Station, Hotels

I only thought about booking the day before, and after booking in the morning, I quickly received an email notification. The next day, before 10 AM, I just needed to leave my luggage in the lobby and inform the hotel staff. Even if there's a language barrier, the notification includes a translation that can be shown to the front desk directly, and then you don't have to worry about it! You can easily continue your itinerary or take the train to the airport without having to squeeze onto crowded trains or search for elevators with large bags. Throughout the luggage transport process, you'll receive email notifications about the progress, which is very reassuring. The luggage pick-up location is also very convenient, just near the airport subway exit.

I was worried because it had snowed a bit, but I received an email saying that it was delivered to Incheon Airport Terminal 1 on time. I thought it was amazing that they were on time despite the bad conditions underfoot. I had trouble finding the office, so I asked someone at the ticket vending machine and picked up my luggage. The location of the office was described in writing, but I couldn't find it when I actually went there, so I thought it would be helpful to have a clear and large map. The woman in the office was friendly and saw me off with a smile. I would like to use your company again next time I go to Korea. Thank you for everything.

The luggage delivery was very punctual, with photos provided for records, and email updates. The location at the airport was easy to find. The downside is that you have to queue when it's crowded.

Super convenient! You just fill out the form online, let the front desk know before departure that someone will be picking up your luggage, take a photo of your luggage and upload it to the designated website. After that, you'll receive email notifications when your luggage is picked up and delivered to Incheon Airport, which gives great peace of mind. Plus, you can store it until 10:00 PM, making it especially ideal for those taking a late-night flight out of Seoul 👍🏻 The T1 luggage pickup location is right next to the Airport Railroad entrance, super convenient!

amazing, fast and reliable service. I had booked this service to send my luggage from my hotel to Incheon Airport and they were super responsive on whatsapp, they confirmed the service, pickup and drop off to the airport. answered all my questions and were super friendly at pickup. Highly recommend their service to anyone who doesn’t want to lug their giant suitcases through the subway system getting to your hotel or to the airport. So worth it, you won’t regret using their service.

Very handy service for delivering your luggages directly to the hotel so that I didn’t have to worry about navigating public transport with them. Very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp to send the pictures of the luggages. Highly recommended!

Service is convenient and reliable. Our luggage arrived safely in the hotel: We just need to take a photo of the luggage before that to upload, you can check the delivery status, and they will upload another photo after the luggage are delivered.

It was super easy and convenient to book this service. They confirmed quickly, and they had a lot of different hotels that were part of their pickup service. The luggage was picked up on within the time they told - and it was dropped off and ready right at 3:00 in Incheon airport. The pickup location in Incheon was very easy to find. My luggage was in great condition when I picked it up.

Perfect! Is the most hassle free not to worry about dragging the luggage around in Seoul when changing hotel! Especially if you have big groups I would definitely recommend this. Prompt pickup and they will email you in advance for your luggage pictures. You will receive your luggage at your next location.Clear communication too! Reliable and recommended.

I was very worried because I saw some reviews saying that the luggage was not delivered, but it was delivered without any problems. Thanks to that, I didn't have to carry heavy luggage until I left the country. It would be even better if it was possible to pick up the luggage not only at domestic flights but also at international flights, so that I wouldn't have to take the shuttle bus.
