- Minimum group size: 6 people. If the minimum is not reached, the tour will be canceled, and you will be notified via email 8 days prior to departure. 2. Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before the meeting time; late arrivals will not be waited for. 3. Children under 2 years old: Meals and admission tickets are not included; tickets must be purchased on-site. 4. Itinerary times are for reference only, and actual times may be adjusted due to traffic, number of participants, facility operating conditions, and admission restrictions. 5. In the event of traffic, weather, road closures, or other force majeure factors, the tour may be adjusted, modified, or certain attractions may be canceled according to actual conditions, and alternative attractions may be arranged. If there are any unused attractions or meals, alternative arrangements or refunds will be processed based on actual circumstances. 6. If you have special dietary requirements (such as no beef, vegetarian, etc.), please inform us in advance when booking. Meal arrangements cannot be changed 3 days prior to departure and on the day of departure. 7. Travelers are advised to purchase personal travel insurance on their own and bring motion sickness medicine, rain gear, etc. 8. Natural landscapes such as cherry blossoms, starry skies, falling snow, and autumn leaves are subject to weather and seasonal influences, and viewing cannot be guaranteed. 9. Jozankei Dam may be adjusted due to seasonal, weather, or on-site conditions. If it cannot be visited, Hiraoka Tree Garden or other alternative attractions will be flexibly arranged. 10. Tour guide languages will be adjusted based on the composition of travelers on the day. Explanations will primarily be in Chinese; English or Japanese supplementary explanations are available for important attractions, assembly points, and safety information. 11. If you need communication in English or Japanese, you can inform the tour guide at any time. 12. This service provider reserves the right of final itinerary adjustment and interpretation.

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
