This service area must be within the downtown Osaka and at Rinku Premium Outlets (fixed location). 5-hour car rental with driver package can pickup or dropoff at KIX Airport. Please provide your pickup/dropoff location address on the checkout page.

When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the order is placed?
Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours, and you will receive a confirmation email from the platform. The driver and car plate information will be sent to you by the service provider by 12:00 noon the day before departure. Usually, this information is sent within 24 hours before your departure. At the latest, it will be sent 2 hours before departure. Please check your email or messaging apps(WhatsApp/Line/Kakao/Wechat) before the participation date.

The driver can speak Chinese or Japanese, does not speak English but can reply to customers via translator device. You can select your preferred language on the checkout page.

- The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
