Tokyo to Outlets Private Transfer - Gotemba and Tokyo surrounding Premium Outlets

our driver messaged us the night before saying its crowded on our trip day. and true enough it was crowded with so many locals lining up for store sales. we started at 8am and arrived around 930am but since the car going inside took a while we had to walk about 1 kilometer. it was an easy walk rather than spending 1.5 hours in the car inside. we ended up paying 2 additional hours due to traffic coming back but yeah we were supposed to meet him around 4pm but he did say anything there ia just a charge of 5k yen per hour if we exceeded the 10 hours. i think he did save us some time since he was also cutting in line in the express way hehehe... overall it was a good choice since there is also a free shuttle to the parking coming back from the outlet. with our purchases and going there on Jan 2 which was a sales period, discounts reached up to 65% so it was really a good choice even though you have to line up in some stores 👍

Our driver, Mr. Shindo, was very kind and professional. Not only did he arrive at the hotel 30 minutes early to wait for us, but he also told us not to rush and to take our time coming down. During the trip, he constantly introduced us to the characteristics of the destination and where the best photo spots were, saving us a lot of time searching on our own. On the return trip, because we returned early, we originally thought it would be okay to end the trip early with the extra time, but he very enthusiastically said that he could take us to places we wanted to go but didn't have a chance to visit to make up for the time. Later, when we said we wanted to go to a supermarket, he even helped us find a great one to browse. The whole trip was very comfortable, the car was new and clean, and the driver paid attention to our safety the whole way. Finally, we left something in the car, and even though it was past the time, he still thoughtfully returned to the hotel to bring it back to us! We were so lucky to have such an amazing driver on our first private car charter! We sincerely thank Mr. Shindo Shiro for his attentive and excellent service!

We had an amazing first day in Japan thanks to Mr. Zhang! Choosing him as our personal driver to Mount Fuji was truly a great decision. From start to finish, we never felt rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy several nearby sightseeing spots as well as shopping at Gotemba. The drive to Mount Fuji was absolutely spectacular, and we were very lucky to have such beautiful sunny weather. Mr. Zhang was professional, patient, and made the whole experience smooth and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mount Fuji and the surrounding areas. Our driver, Mr ~シロウ was an amazing driver, he arrived early and the van was clean and comfortable. Besides that he went above and beyond with his service, he helped us get our shopping bags directly from the stores to the car and even helped us organize them and took them all the way from the street to the entrance of our home. He was really patient even though we exceeded the 10 hours time. We are really grateful for him and can highly recommend this service
