It's a shame that I couldn't use it because it was raining and it was my first trip to Tokyo, so I had to find my way there and arrived late.
The bus never showed up at the designated meeting spot and we were not give notice of cancellation nor was a refund offered. we arrived at the meeting point across from Tokyo Station one hour ahead of the 6:00 pm pickup time. we continually combed the area for the colorful bus. We left at 6:25, disappointed and hungry, our day in Tokyo ruined by Klook and Willer Bus.
