What to expect
The first lesson starts with getting geared up and a demonstration of how to walk and slide on snow, which takes approximately 20 minutes. The actual machine practice for standing and sliding techniques takes about 40 minutes, with the instructor providing guidance throughout.

The one-to-two coaches were very attentive and made me feel at ease as I had never been exposed to this sport. The body gradually adapts from being unable to feel it at all. It feels so good to be able to glide stably.
