For a small group, Miss Hana is both the driver, tour guide and leader! There are 7 people in the group, and everyone gets along well and happily! Hana was very good, helping us take photos, and the places we visited were far away, and she drove very well and steadily! This time I came to Hokkaido to see the cherry blossoms 🌸, and the time happened to be when they were in full bloom, plus the weather was very good, it was beautiful! I really like this kind of small group tour!
the driver could have dropped us off at the entrance of the garden (first stop), but instead what we heard from our dedicated tour guide Hannah is that due to the narrow roadway, he couldnt drive us up. guess what? we saw another tour bus (same size as ours) at the entrance. this is something we genuinely dont like about this trip, because we had to walk ~15-20min upwards slope with elderlys. luckily Hannah managed to convince him to fetch us at the entrance. the other destinations were perfect, and i appreciate Hannah’s presence a lot. most importantly, she doesnt “force” us to leave a 5 star review for her, unlike many other tour guides. i rmb they have the habit of taking pictures of our (reluctant) 5 star reviews using their mobile. good job Hannah!!
the sights were great , the ride was perfect , the guide liked to be quite , would had been nice to hear more from him about the history culture etc
It's a pity that the cherry blossoms haven't bloomed yet. One hour for lunch is a bit rushed, 1-1/2 hours would be great.
Good comments. The journey was smooth and happy. I saw many beautiful scenery. The tour guide was also on time and provided considerate service.
You can enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable half-circle of the road. Each scenic spot has beautiful scenery and the group members are friendly and lovely. Bear Ranch is so much fun.
The tour guide arrived earlier than scheduled. The tour guide can speak Mandarin and is friendly. There were dozens of people participating, and they were picked up by a large tour bus. The driver was Japanese and had a friendly attitude. The itinerary was good and you could see the cherry blossoms, but there were many people at the lunch place, the restaurant was also very busy, the waiter's attitude was not very good, and we got the wrong order. If you have any suggestions, the time you spend in Lake Toya can be shortened.
The itinerary stops at five points and makes an easy half-circle around the center of the route. Otaru Temiya Park is so beautiful, with sea views, green trees and cherry blossoms. Chitose said to the cherry blossoms on the balcony. It was the end of the cherry blossoms, but they were still beautiful. There was a little Shibazakura on the roadside. Noboribetsu Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch, such an interesting brown bear, please wave and feed cookies. Lake Toya is so beautiful.
The tour was on time. The guide who drove us, Hannah Di, was so cool. We met new friends from Dubai & Taiwan, enjoyed the trip together although the cherry blossom not in the maximum blooming. But the beauty of the scene was amazing, made unforgettable memories.

Good to know
- Infants under 2 years old are free of charge but will not be provided a seat. If a seat is required for a child of infant age, an adult ticket fare will apply.
- This activity requires a minimum of 6 participants to form a group. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will arrange for a reschedule or a full refund.
- This tour does not include entrance fees for the Showa Shinzan Ropeway and Bear Ranch.
- This tour does not include lunch, but we will stop at the Chitose Salmon Park rest area where you can choose your own lunch.
- If you need to bring luggage (including strollers and wheelchairs, etc.), please notify us in advance by email so that we can properly arrange vehicle space to make your trip smoother and more comfortable. We will arrange the vehicle type according to the number of participants. If the vehicle type can accommodate luggage is confirmed 3-5 days before departure, a handling fee and space reservation fee will be charged separately for luggage space and handling. The fee is 1500 Japanese Yen per item (cash only), which should be paid to the tour guide before boarding.
- Please be sure to comply with the scheduled times. If you are late, it will be regarded as an automatic cancellation of the trip, and the fees paid will not be refunded.
