the tour operator seems not organised. the tour was supposed to start at 8:00 am but the the driver/ tour guide pick me up at 9:45 am. I was a little bit upset during the tour because one of the itinerary was almost missed because the driver doesn't know how to go to Bangli where Goa roja waterfall was located. it took us a lot of time to go there and I even helped the driver locating the locating via Waze. one good thing is the driver is kind and cooperative. I hope next time give me tour to a professional tour guide and operator.
